Now some people would argue that I should max this out instead of running Blademaster or Spherical Lord and just go 4x Legend and 4x Great. And I would say, "I think that's a terrible idea" For one, "The Legend" has a better re-stand ability with +1 Grade and +1 Drive Check and you would only really use this to refuel your deck or if you were stuck on this guy and it's either a good situation to Legion or you cannot Stride. I would even argue that this deck doesn't technically kind of run just 2 Greats because you can kinda search it out with Conroe or Spherical Lord and you can also kind of multiply them with Burnout and Defeat Flare and in that way you can pretty much get away with just running 2 copies because The Legend is most probably a better ride and it synergizes and activates your Nehalems.
That being said, The Great is still a pretty good card. It's just like "The Legend" in which it doesn't have to hit to restand after attacking a rear guard. However, since you're still gonna be on Grade 3 when he does the re-stand thing it doesn't synergize as well with Nehalem which is your main Grade 2. However it can make up for it in it's 3rd ability where if tis attack hits, doesn't matter it it hit an RG or VG you can retire a unit with the same name as a card in your Vanguard circle (so if you're in Legion that counts Neoflame) and if you do you can retire one of your opponent's rear-guards.
