This guy is just here to fix all your problems with the deck. If you have anything that's not the Legend, you can fix it and get the correct grade 3 with this card. If you're about to use all of your Counter Blasts, this guy can also fix it. One thing you may have a problem with is, since you do have to retire him for his own effect to Counter Charge this makes you lack some boosters in the deck.
This guy can also be used with a restanding Overlord to Counter Charge 4 in one turn which makes it so you never run out of Counter Blasts. Well this deck does run out of counter Blasts sometimes but having him at 3 is enough to be able to do something still with and without him.
