This card is a draw trigger which is always nice to get defensively as a damage check and on any re-standing Overlord's drive check (Great/Legend/Ace) as you usually discard cards to re-stand. Draws are especially nice in this deck because you do tend to want to play a control game with your opponent and having defensive options is especially nice.
The effect of the trigger though allows you to snipe the other player's starter if it is something you really want to kill. Also since it isn't GB restricted, you can pretty much pop a grade 0 then use your starter to pop a grade 2 all before you or your opponent can even get to GB
