Arguably the worst ride in the deck, Dragonic Blademaster is just there for plays like Turn 2 Burnout or to Reveal it for the Conroe cost or to search for an alternative grade 3 to ditch with "The Legend". However, if you do run into the worst case scenario of having to ride him, he's not utterly completely trash as you do run Jannat, Nadel, Inspire Yell among other things and worst case scenario some of your cards become vanilla but you can still just ride over it again when you get the chance.
His Stridebearer skill does have some use against things that bounce back on the start of your Main Phase like Bermuda Triangle because the on-stride skill would happen just before your Main Phase. But really, you'd still probably be better off just riding on an Overlord.
